With it being a 1099 commission only career, there is no cap on how much money you can make. The office environment is uplifting and encouraging with everyone working together to see each other succeed. Knowing for certain that you are doing something to help employees out. An employee facing an untimely death or illness generally does not have the extra money to take care of these needs. With the life insurance we provide, an employee can feel certain they have enough money to cover these costs. Especially with the cost of an average funeral being $20K and with inflation, projected to rise to $50K in the next 20 years.

The hours can be long and for those who don't have the mindset to push through on the bad days, it can be discouraging when they're met with rejection.
