Pros
Haag is an employee owned company where hard work and loyalty pay off. I've worked at Haag for 15 years, and I appreciate the opportunities for growth and advancement I've been given. Haag employees are very independent, and so you must work well without constant supervision and motivate yourself. Haag expects quality and professionalism from everyone. High performers and loyal employees are well compensated.
Cons
Lots of recent growth has lead to disconnection between remote and branch and central employees. Engineering model/structure doesn't fit all groups or divisions.
