      You go to work, you work, you get paycheck (most of time) Medical Benefits are very good

      Cons

      Incompetent Management Unethical (especially in regards to clinical compliance) Terrible Pay (you will experience regular payroll discrepancies that will not be handled with any urgency or in a timely fashion) Inappropriate Office Relationships & Partisanship Zero Work Life Balance
