Pros

HealthTrust and HCA pretend to care about their employees

Cons

HCA/Sam Hazen, HealthTrust/Doug Swanson are forcing non-clinical employees to continue to work in the office. HCA is well aware of actual COVID-19 numbers, which are 100x what is being reported. Still HCA continues to keep there corporate and non-clinical employees in the office against the White House's recommendation of keeping people away from groups of 10 or more. HCA preaches a positive note on their care for the community and their employees, but they are spreading the virus. As a healthcare company they have an ethical duty and considering their knowledge on the disease they are knowingly putting Nashville and the rest of the country in harms way.
