      Pros

      The people who have been part of this company for a long time are great to work with. There is a can-do attitude even in the face of unrealistic requests.

      Cons

      Management is more concerned with being agreed with than getting the best answer, product, or end user experience. Criticism only flows down the org structure, there is no place for feedback up to leadership. Focus on short term goals, rather than long term planning has meant that targets continue to be missed.
