Pros

Some of the management is fantastic. A lot of the people are wonderful to work with. They have decent benefits. The pay is ok. Not the best, not the worst for the industry. If you are on the right team, with the right management and you apply yourself...you WILL thrive, and you can make great money. They have some great technology. Most of the "Services" team are great to work with.

Cons

They have some BAD management, that make pretty awful hires. Nepotism reigns, and this side of the management seems to not care if the people they hire are successful...just that they have a job, and get paid to do very little actual work. I saw many people get let go that were doing a fantastic job. There seemed to be no rhyme no reason as to who or why they let people go...But if you looked closely, it seemed so that they could make room for those nepo hires. Being on the wrong management team will lead to micromanagement, from managers that clearly do not know what they are doing. It all seems to come down to who your mid to upper level manager is, as to if you succeed.
