      Inclusive and caring and very thoughtful. The company will always take care of its associates even through rough times economically.

      Cons

      Not a work from home company. Wages are not caught up to inflation or the cost of living in California.

      Pros

      Great pay. The events they host for associates are awesome. SOME managers and leaders are very welcoming and really CARE.

      Cons

      Higher leadership shows favoritism. The bi yearly surveys are not anonymous. Racism and prejudice is on display from DMs and RMs and retaliation happens.
