      Benefits are phenomenal. The culture is beyond anything you’ll find in any other work place and you meet some really fantastic people

      Cons

      Rough shifts. There’s no real consistency in your shift schedule which isn’t super great for family life, healthy sleep habits, and/or general health. Always on your feet which can be a strain.

      Pros

      Great pay. The events they host for associates are awesome. SOME managers and leaders are very welcoming and really CARE.

      Cons

      Higher leadership shows favoritism. The bi yearly surveys are not anonymous. Racism and prejudice is on display from DMs and RMs and retaliation happens.
