      Broad, exciting opportunities for cross training and career changes at a bell-weather industry leader...innovation at its very best...amazing what the engineers can accomplish.

      Cons

      large, somewhat bureuacratic at times. Lots of lip service about meritocracy, but I am not completely convinced...often feels employees are not valued.
