      Great benefits, and the home office team is amazing

      Cons

      Depending on your role upper management will micromanage you into the ground, and essentially bully you into doing things their way. There is no consistency in management.

      Everyone is really nice and helpful, Its a great learning opportunity.

      Cons

      Traffic is insane coming in. I live 30 mins away but it takes me an hour.

      Pros

      Mostly nice people, challenging work, on-site cafeteria and Starbucks.

      Cons

      Good luck becoming a full-time employee. They love hourly contractors with no PTO and horrible benefits.
