Toxic and Stifling - Anonymous employee Jazz Pharmaceuticals Employee Review

Very toxic leadership below EC level. Literally millions of dollars of man hours wasted on processes that go nowhere and impede progress just to appease a few VPs who are afraid of accountability- theirs or anyone else’s- and need to assert themselves across departments. Company spends millions on decision making training, yet misses the fact that it is a few leaders who broadly disempower most of the organization that is the problem- teams know how to make decisions and prepare options. Any teams level decisions are constantly overridden solely due to hierarchical precedence by said group above. As a result, takes three times as long to do anything at Jazz than the biggest pharmas. Chaos reigns and value is destroyed.
