      Some brands have bad products, blames marketing for poor sales, but no budget to market Change from status quo is discouraged (but they think they are doing life changing work)

      Free Products, Summer Fridays, Nice office

      Cons

      No work life balance, complete chaos in the DMI, lots of firing, leadership turnover constantly, run like a house on fire, unrealistic expectations and timelines, snotty management, poor culture, HR is unhelpful and useless
