      You can get over time If you don’t have a ride they will help you Good communication with HR and management

      Schedules are what they want you to work and not based on availability Gossip in the work place with no consequences They will send you far out to a location of their choice even if you live near a closer If you’re new and end up working night shift be prepared to be alone after about a week or 2
