RN - RN Supervisor LTCG Employee Review

Micro-managing. Being bullied. Made to feel inadequate about being able to do my job. Being too rushed with clients d/t not making the daily billable amount. Working longer than a eight hour shift to make the billable amount. Get called to carpet if you do not make the billable amount on a daily basis even though work supply is low. Middle management is not helpful in answering questions. No manual is given to the employee to look back for information needed for different types of insurance reports. Made to feel like a naughty child versus a registered nurse with many years of experience in the field of nursing. Would never advise someone to work there, ever.
