      Pros

      I've found my role at Lighthouse to be very rewarding and professionally challenging so that I am continually learning and growing. This credit union is creating a culture where all can thrive, and you can be your best self. My leader is very supportive and provides coaching and is invested in my future success. This isn't the place to come and "punch the clock" for a complacent daily routine. This is an energetic work environment with lots of team member engagement. We have many employee engagement groups and an amazing new headquarters building with lots of amenities. I love what I do and where I do it. I'd recommend working here to anyone who wants to help people and the community while continuing to learn and grow themselves. I have been impressed with the pay and benefits with annual merit increases, bonuses. 401k match and profit-sharing, student loan repayment assistance and other really great fringe benefits.

      Cons

      I love it here, however, as I mentioned previously, I wouldn't recommend Lighthouse to anyone looking to coast along. It is a place where people need to dig in, be engaged and want to help others. If not, I would not recommend it.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits were fine. Hybrid work is nice.

      Cons

      Just the most fake and toxic team to be on. My life here is so stressful that I developed severe anxiety which I never had before this job and now have to take a medication for as it messed up my nervous system so bad. If you sometimes get “Sunday Scaries” at your job, mine are on full blast; I start feeling that on Saturday morning every week because I dread going back so much to the point where I can’t enjoy my weekend at all and just spend it searching for a new job so I can escape. Full of bullying, toxicity and fake, trying to hard corporate conversations that go round in circles. If you love kissing up to be favored, you might like it here because for some reason this company has more of that than anywhere I’ve ever worked. I’m not in one of the branches so I’m not sure how that is, this is the corporate office. Maybe there are some good teams here but mine is the worst thing I have ever experienced and has damaged my mental health so bad. Just look elsewhere, help yourself out.
