This company does not care about its employees. The benefits are terrible, and there is a pervasive toxic environment in which winning and getting results is more important than everyone's well-being. My experience is that the ends always justified the means. They love talking about how they are this cool "start-up-like" place that encourages entrepreneurship, when in reality they are a huge company with 300 locations with no diversity in thought. At the end of the day, they act like another corporation that treats their employees like numbers. Other reviewers are right that they burn and churn....there was not one single person I worked with who wasn't completely overworked.
On top of that, an executive in the C-suite stormed the capitol and posted a selfie on twitter. It was then discovered on social media that he has a history with domestic violence. Instead of firing him, the company temporarily suspended him, but he is now back and still currently employed....making this a hostile workplace especially for women. It really shows where Bowlero's values lie when they are willing to protect someone of that character.
