Pros

Some nice co-workers. There is a group of employees called by other co-workers as “the clan”. There is a secret group chat even devoted to dealing with them. If you aren’t accepted into this click they will play games with your license and your job, tell on you constantly most of which is lies. Management is toxic as well and instead of working to develop people, they are toxic and allow these employees to run the show.

Cons

See above. If you have a family that relies on the money you make, do not work here. You would think there would be less drama in a small hospital but this place is literally awful. The money is not worth the risk.

Pros

Works well with my schedule, staff are all very friendly. Tim the manager is very accommodating. I was looking forward to staying even as a traveler. New CNO was actively seeking floor staff input to try to make changes for safer environments for patients and staff.

Cons

For some people, they hate floating to tele, and the CVI unit is split tele and icu so nurses rotate. I don’t mind it, but others definitely do. Docked a star bc upper management make weird financial decisions like cutting all icu travelers based on arbitrary and frequently fluctuating numbers like census and regularly change supplies to lower quality items that wind up costing more with malfunctioning items due to poorer quality.
