Co-workers are MISERABLE. Union fights for employees, however, larger overlords-CapMetro does NOT value its employees hard work and how the employees feel, or whether they have job satisfaction. CapMetro knows there’s a line of potential employees if current employees quit. A dime a dozen. They treat us like “you don’t like it? BUH-BYE!”
“NEXT” . This job is a jackpot for people who have lived ‘struggle bus’ lives . So Capmetro doesn’t care how the individual employee feels. They’ll take what they’re given even as miserable as they feel about the job-and many employees let that puke 🤮 out all over the poor people we transport treating clients like crap because they’re so miserable. Capmetro MUST do better. But they won’t they’re getting government funds.
