We are sorry to learn of your experience. 2019 was certainly a year of change at Medicus – With any growing organization change is constant and isn’t always easy, however the changes that are made are to set us on the course for future continued innovation and growth.
Based on your comments, I’d like to touch on mutual respect – which is one of Medicus’ values. Our teams are comprised of unique, hardworking, creative individuals who I have seen continuously go the extra mile for our clients, providers, and each other. Bullying of any kind is not accepted at Medicus. If this type of behavior is experienced directly or witnessed secondhand, we would urge you to speak to Human Resources immediately or if not comfortable doing so, utilize our HR hotline which is managed through a third party organization ensuring anonymity.
As you witnessed with the periodic surveys you received, the Executive Leadership team cares about and consistently seeks to understand how people are feeling and what they think might need to be improved upon and we have taken action based on employee feedback. We believe this is an excellent way to show employees that the Leadership team cares about their opinions.
This extends to Glassdoor as well. While we do encourage current employees to take the opportunity to write reviews and we specifically ask that they write honest reviews as another medium to provide continuous, anonymous feedback to our leadership team. This is completely voluntary and helps us to maintain visibility on what is working well and what might need improvement throughout the year in alignment with Glassdoor best practices.
