Pros
Good coworkers, very collaborative and patient, pay can potentially be good.
Cons
Management does not care about providing tools and will NOT listen to the actual problems customers are having. They care more about how quick you close a case or pick up the phone (AKA The KPI’s). They keep you working WITH NO BENEFITS for 8 MONTHS just to ditch you out for the most minimal mistake.
