Business Outlook
Pros
Great health insurance benefits. Literally you pay nothing per pay check. Also parental leave is 6 months which is rare in the US. Wellness days were nice too.
Cons
Lack of black people in and promoted to senior / management positions even though there are many qualified people to be there.
Also management cannot make decisions. They are leaps and bounds behind the competition and many lack competence.
