      I've learned a tremendous amount and have become more confident in my clinical and patient-care skills. The providers and staff are always willing to teach and support one another.

      Cons

      Some days can be physically and mentally demanding. And managing multiple responsibilities at once can be challenging.

      Pay raise for good performance Great and free healthcare for employees

      Cons

      Veterans of the corporation whether they be your coworkers or management is trash. Not all leadership is bad just those that have been here over a decade. There is a certain culture of tenure over actually practical solution, I actually silently quit May 2026 because of it.
