Thanks for taking the time to write this review; it means a lot to us! We are incredibly happy to know that you find we have great benefits and a positive work environment. We’ve worked hard to make our culture what it is now, and will continue to work hard as we grow together. As our business grows, our strategy is evolving as well. Part of our strategy is to create the structure necessary for our talented people to want to stay and develop. Retaining top talent is our priority and compensation is one area that is currently under review. You mentioned tedious work. While some tasks can be tedious at all levels, there are ways to break up the day. Learning is often a great antidote to boredom, and it could prepare you for the next more challenging role. We appreciate the information you submitted regarding your employment experience with Netchex, and look forward to growing with you on our team.

Pros

The company’s product has improved a lot in the last few years. Company is growing.

Cons

Culture is changing away from a laid back 9-5 to a startup culture focusing on getting things done no matter what.

Pros

Netchex has been a great place to grow. It’s a fast-paced, high-energy environment where ideas actually get heard. I’ve felt genuinely respected by leadership and peers, and I have the freedom to push myself and my team to do our best work. If you thrive on momentum and want real ownership over what you build, you’ll do well here.

Cons

One thing to know going in: even at our size, we still have a startup feel. There’s a lot of opportunity to shape how things work, but the formal processes and structure you’d find at a more established enterprise are not standard. It’s a great fit for self-starters, but worth considering if you prefer a highly defined environment.
