      Pros

      If you put extra into your 401k they provide profit sharing

      Cons

      You only get OT after 50 hours. They shut down my hub and moved everyone to a further location. They tend to hire managers that have never done the job before.

      Pros

      Great work culture for those willing to come in and work hard and contribute.

      Cons

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.

      Great culture. Excellent Benefit Package. Chain of leadership is always open to listen

      Cons

      (sort of a pro) Almost all employees at any level started from entry level positions. (Biller, Customer Service, Warehouse, Driver...)
