      People, management, culture, music, benefits, GROWTH. Outbound Engine concerns itself with its employees well being on all levels while challenging us to aim high and fire on all cylinders. It is genuinely fun and exciting to work here.

      Pros

      Before the new ceo it was fairly good. The workload was completely out of hand, but the people were really cool and there was a good bonus structure. Company culture was pretty cool, parties, big company events at venues like blazer laser tag and cidercade.

      Cons

      Once the new CEO stepped in it slowly went to absolute crap. Killed our bonuses, made layoffs of about 70% of the cs and retention team the week after yearly performance reviews for salary increase. Director of CS lied to our faces, and disguised a mass layoff as a hard earned work from home bonus day.
