Communication was often ineffective, with instructions that were unclear or poorly explained. When clarification was needed, responses could be dismissive or demeaning rather than supportive. Additionally, certain team members contributed to an unprofessional environment by speaking to colleagues in a disrespectful and condescending manner. Overall, the lack of clear communication and respectful interaction made it challenging to work effectively.
