Reasons to not work here: -Pay gets cut each year, they say bonus plans are better, more exciting, but take away commissions, auto. -If you want an entry level job then it’s good, but for a career minded, goal oriented person, you will be frustrated with the continued lies and company deception. -Management is below average, no help whatsoever not even sure if they understand what the company does. -You wait several months to get paid on commissions , but not sure if it’s correct, lack of documentation. -If you have a family to support insurance is insane. Benefits are not good. Outside sales isn’t managed, lack of leadership, they are only focused on manufacture returns. Half of sales team has left. In 2022. Top earnings are about 80k and that’s for well established territories. Pharmacies are being purchased everyday, industry is slowing drying up.
