Flexible schedule but stressful onboarding and pay structure - Clinical Data Specialist Q-Centrix Employee Review

Stressful onboarding process. Would be better if structured or spread out more. Timekeeping is tedious especially just for tracking the little things. Case rate pay part is stressful, I feel like it is pushing quantity over quality of abstraction.
