We’ve invested a lot of our resources and time into training our leadership teams, ensuring they are fully equipped with the tools they need to manage their teams, while promoting a healthy and flexible working environment. Our HR team also plays a huge role in ensuring that our employees have the proper resources at hand in the event that they need to address any areas of concern. We do not condone this type of behaviour and we have a number of ways employees can report their concerns to HR either directly or through one of our anonymous outlets.
