Hippocratic Management(Not Leaders!!) - Production Supervisor Refresco Employee Review

Wow where do I start?! They work you to death!, Poor planning, No timely decision making, Strategic Agility is awful, No team work, Maintenance does not work as a team, They take there sweet time with everything, poor attitudes and not receptive to change, Upper management will schedule 7 day weeks and force there people to do it, yet there home enjoying there time. No empathy or sympathy for anyone! Everyone is just expected to jump to whatever they need! I believe Refresco as a Corp has a good philosophy but this site is just horrible! There is a good opportunity for anyone to try and change it if your not sick and have a heart attack from the frustration!!!
