I loved this job and found it very fulfilling

It was only part-time, and I wished there were more hours available. I never really had to complaint about the job.

Decent pay. Doctors are easy to communicate with and place orders themselves most times.

Favoritism. A lack of support from the CNA staff made your shift very hard. Upper management neither listened nor gave you a chance to talk.
