Pros

Good leadership. A fun place to work. Decisions are made locally, so change can happen quickly. Ideas are welcomed. They care about their employees and the residents.

Cons

Financial constraints of a non profits can make it difficult to do the things we want to do and pay what we want to pay. Residents and their families can be challenging at times.

Pros

I loved working for the residents. And my coworkers were so great. I had some fun working there and they were very flexible with my schedule. The benefits offered were decent.

Cons

The pay is not competitive at all, and management is completely out of touch and doesn't care about the residents. It's all about profits and making sure they can pay for all the expenses from the loads of construction they did. It always felt like things were half-assed and too much pressure on the techs, without much knowledge or communication of what the residents really wanted.
