Pros

After getting hired at Royal United, my life has changed completely. I've never worked in such a stress free and professional environment. I never feel micro-manged or pressured beyond any level of realistic expectation. The team atmosphere is exciting and fun. Management is respected because they earn it, not because they demand it and everyone is genuinely invested in my performance and my well being. I honestly love coming into the office every day and after being here for nearly a year, I cannot envision wanting to continue my career anywhere else.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of any major downsides pertaining to the company. Any gripes I have with the job would apply to any Loan Officer position any where. The ever changing nature of the career and the reliance on client's whims leave some uncertainty in my paycheck, but thankfully, RUM offers both various pay plans, some of which guarantee a more than ample salary on top of commission.

Pros

Royal United is an amazing company to work for. The competition, goals, and rewards are excellent. Austin Sawvel set me up with the skills that I needed to go on the floor and be successful. Ashten Williamson has also played a huge role in my growing here at RUM. I am thankful for this amazing opportunity to learn about the sales side of Royal.
