      Pros

      Pay about average for the industry, specialized field, the team players

      Cons

      No work/life balance, it's unsustainable. Weak to no leadership/management in some departments. No clear priorities as they are ever changing and make no sense at an operational level. Poor planning and execution on some projects that have long term fallout.

      The smaller operation gave you an opportunity to get to know everybody which helped generate good ideas and kept information flowing.

      Cons

      The smaller size did limit career progression.

      Pros

      If you are lazy, all you have to do is show up on time and you aren't likely to be disciplined/fired.

      Cons

      Just about everything. Morale sucks. HR sucks. Many people aren't doing anything other than collecting a pay check. NOBODY GAF.
