      Pros

      Sagility acquired the company I was actively working for, and I was scared they were going to change things about the job I've loved for years. Instead, I have PTO for the first time in many years that I can use, and much more robust benefits package that I'm excited to use.

      Cons

      I have fewer paid holidays, but I have more flexibility with PTO.

      Pros

      Fully remote. Great company and staff members. Work is not stressful or strenuous. They promote from within and are supportive and quick to promote their employees too. You can move up quickly.

      Cons

      Pay could be a little higher, but it’s not terrible.

      paid training and equipment provided

      Cons

      lots of tech issues, can't miss a day it will result in a write-up. they want to to empathic to members calling in, but won't be empathic towards you. Kid was sick with hand/food/mouth disease and HR reached out to me saying job abandonment, when I personally reached out to them earlier in the week, They should have communicated within their department.
