Pros
They have very polite employees.
Cons
They get you in by telling you that you will get every other weekend off with a ittle bit of overtime, do NOT believe that. There big focus is supposedly "safety" but yet they want you to work 12-13 hour days sometimes 7 days or more straight, out of those 7 days you may get 2 or 3 20 minute lunch breaks. You can't be but so safe when your dead tired and hungry. You have to go 60 days to start getting a production bonus which is just a way for the company to get cheap labor for a while because it only takes a few weeks to learn what you are doing. Also the more you learn and harder you start to work the less some of your coworkers work. Alot of people request to advance in positions and it gets ignored.
