We are our own worst enemies right now - Project Cordinator Sigma Computing Employee Review

We are in crisis mode right now but our CEO either doesn't know or doesn't care. A lot of people are leaving and it's dismissed as they just can't handle “the grind”. In actuality, there’s no real vision for the company, the fear-based polarized culture is toxic, teams are understaffed by the layoff and hiring freeze but always expected to take on more and more. It makes getting even small things done impossible. There's total inconsistency and misinformation on pay increases and promotion even for those of us who have been here a long time. Instead of trusting and inspiring their teams, the massive egos at the top have convinced themselves people won't leave because it’s a bad market and we're the only company making our numbers right now. No one speaks up out of fear but everyone is feeling it. There's a lot going for Sigma but right now we are our own worst enemy.
