Cons
Harris Computing bought SirsiDynix on December 24, 2024, and in a January 9 press release promised no changes to management or workforce—but on March 19, just two months later, about 20% of employees were laid off, most likely planned soon after the press release. Additional employees were laid off in September.
In my opinion, upper management operates as a closed leadership circle, which limits transparency and input from employees.
