Pros

Powerful Mission: Fighting fraud and ensuring people have secure access to the digital world is incredibly meaningful, especially in today’s environment. The work truly matters. Exceptional Innovation: The pace and quality of product innovation is unlike anything I’ve seen. We are constantly evolving to stay ahead of fraudsters. Strong Company Performance: The company is doing very well and continues to grow and mature operationally. Transitioning to Maturity: We’re starting to function like a mature company, with clearer structure and processes, while still maintaining energy and ambition. Recognition for Impact: People who move the needle and drive results are recognized and valued.

Cons

Startup Intensity: It still operates in many ways like a startup, fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous, and constantly changing. That can be energizing, but also challenging. High Expectations: You need to be an aggressive innovator who thrives in a high-performance environment. It’s not a place to coast. The environment is only for the cream of the crop. Work-Life Balance Requires Intentionality: The pace and opportunity can easily consume your time. You have to proactively protect your work-life balance.

Pros

Business is taking off like a rocket ship - the product is the best in the business - smartest & hardest working people I've met in my career.

Cons

Very demanding. You need broad shoulders to work here. Not a place to just collect a paycheck.

Pros

Absolutely nothing. I guess you could say above-market pay, but it's only because they know if they don't, they'd lose everyone.

Cons

Where to even begin. The executive team has to have a hand in everything — and I mean everything. The experienced ones are dismissive and rude; the inexperienced ones act like they know more than you and expect you to fall in line. You can sense the insecurity in how they operate. It'd be almost funny if it weren't so demoralizing. Excited to contribute real domain knowledge? Prepare to be told you're wrong, have your work torn apart without any acknowledgment of the effort behind it, and watch executives with final approval on everything deflate projects they barely understand. Work/life balance? That's a myth here. They expect 24/7 availability — and they'll bypass professional channels entirely to call or text you directly. PTO requires multiple levels of approval and you'll still be contacted while you're off. Accountability? Only for you. The "rules for thee, not for me" culture is real. You're expected to constantly produce more and perform better, but don't expect the same from leadership. They won't be held to the same standard. Hiring is a joke. They talk about "hiring for excellence." What they mean is: hiring whoever has a relationship with the right executive, regardless of qualifications. The bottom line: I know Glassdoor reviews get dismissed as venting. But I want to be clear — joining this company was the worst professional decision of my career. There's no real culture, no ethics, no sense of mutual respect. It's purely transactional, and the moment they decide you're expendable, they'll let you go without warning and without any humanity. Do your due diligence before accepting an offer here.
