Pros
Flexible schedule, friendly coworkers and higher-ups, fun work events, such as LAN Parties/Holiday Parties. I learned a lot during my time there, and Sonic has a great reputation in the Bay Area, so when the time comes to move on, you shouldn't have too much trouble finding new work. As a shy, introverted person, there was initially a lot of apprehension about working in a call center environment, but the supportive staff and friendly coworkers made it much easier
Cons
It's a call center, so burnout is inevitable, especially when it's back-to-back calls for hours on end and they tell you to keep pushing and pushing, especially when dealing with people who can occasionally be very rude and belittling. It's gotten to the point where it would make sense to expand beyond Santa Rosa, which is extremely expensive and offers little in the way of prospects or activities to make it worth it. It's been mentioned before, but the pay should be higher with the cost of living. The rate offered might have been acceptable 3 or 4 years ago, but with the inflated COL during that time, it feels that increases should be made. As was mentioned in another review, you do see a lot of Uber and Lyft stickers in the parking lot, and you overhear a lot of depressing conversations in the breakroom about not being able to make rent/other financial hardships.
