      Great BCBAs, highly experienced BTs

      Cons

      Unethical and fraudulent billing practices, overworked BCBAs with no support, and unequitable pay based on gender. The only "support" that is given is telling BCBAs ways to do the bare minimum to check the boxes and continue making the same amount of money for the owners. When BTs ask for support, they just get less hours. Before accepting a job here, ask around to your BCBA colleagues in Seattle-Tacoma area.

      Pros

      Step Up has amazing benefits. They will treat you right on paper, and you will be financially secure.

      Cons

      The management is horrible. The owners micromanage and Erik specifically loses his temper. He makes rash decisions, talks down to you, and you have to suffer the consequences. It was a very hostile work environment because of them.
