Total compensation package is more than industry normal. Bonus structure is job performance based, not total company performance based.

Work/work/work/life balance is what it is. Very little training and leadership resources. Field leadership has minimal experience.

The pros for this company are the people that left this company to start their own.

The culture was awful!!! Once again the people that kept this culture afloat left. Please don't make the same mistake I did and work here because you will be made to do way more work that you anticipated and not get one ounce of appreciation for it. This company started being run into the ground when they were acquired by Loenbro another horrible company with the worst management I have ever experienced in my life.
