      Good culture, hybrid setting and flexibility

      Cons

      High work and low salary range, less increments , managers do favors to employees and even junior employees get highly paid salaries, not giving a value to employees, not similarly treating everyone

      Flexible work environment, above average salary

      Cons

      Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
