Not what I expected - Anonymous employee Teneo Employee Review

Many disappointments are about the office attitude which is focussed on enriching the guys at the top and not much else. If you look good and have achievements from before joining Teneo you will climb. If you are quiet and work with your head down you will not be recognised. Some teams are secondary to the main comms business and there's some uncertainty on what cvc have planned to get their money. Also find it suspicious that all the good reviews are in summer 2019 I'm sure they'll find a way to bury mine
