      Pros

      World renowned, better pay than other facilities. Good benefits. Growing in the Medical Center and beyond. Opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      Runs like an antiquated old small facility. Too much bullying and unhappy staff. Need new people to change the way “it’s always been done”. Staff not encouraged to be accountable; resulting in lower standards! No such thing as work-life balance.

      Decent benefits Great PTO If you have their insurance you can deliver at the hospital for free Only work 3 12 hours shifts Make your own schedule

      Cons

      Favoritism when it comes to management Not everyone is a team player PCA's do a lot of the grunt work without help Expected to do a lot of tasks outside of my job responsibilities way too often.
