Pros
Great learn and grow culture with emphasis on work life balance. The people are great and foster a mentoring environment. Perhaps the biggest pro is the fact that the company truly values work life balance. Management can sometimes force employees to work from home some days, given the work is completed of course.
Cons
The company size and age shows when process improvements are being implemented or an issue is being worked on to resolve. There can be too many cooks in the kitchen to try to complete a small task. It can cause the work to become a little boring due to the speed, but people tend to enjoy that as they get life balance to offset it. Additionally, the compensation may not be comparable to other Bay Area companies as this is a more established company versus high tech up and coming companies. The work/life balance truly is the primary pro that can override all the cons, if that is what you are looking for.
