Pros

Great mission, great teams. Promotes from within.

Cons

CEO prides himself in offering low salaries to employees. Little opportunities to grow if you are in an admin position. Not a diverse organization in terms of minorities and women in upper management positions. Reorganizations are common along with the firings that go along with it, while upper management salaries are way inflated. They are slow to fire inept, ineffective leaders, they take years to do so.

Pros

Mission is awesome. Great work-life balance.

Cons

Prioritizes comfort over continuous improvement. Very bureaucratic and slow. Incredibly sensitive culture to a point of extremity--don't think you're in a safe space or that you can be open with any communication. Someone will be offended by your honesty and the backlash is yours to manage. They prefer people to just go with the flow even if it's painful, inefficient, etc.
