Pros

- Collaborative environment - Leadership that listens - A company culture that doesn't take itself too seriously Those are just my top 3. If you're looking to join a growing organization that values you and wants you to succeed, this is it.

Cons

There has been some turnover and teams have grown quickly to match the growth of the company. It does seem like the culture has recently changed for the better and turnover has slowed considerably. I personally like being in the office, but I could see that some folks may not like the in person requirement that Home Office has.

Pros

-Holiday Pay -Decent Discounts -Fast Paced

Cons

-Work hours often exceeded the stated 40-hour limit, with 50–60+ hours being common in practice depending on management expectations. -Compensation did not always align with workload or responsibilities, even at higher-volume locations. -Communication from corporate and local management could be inconsistent at times. -Work environment could be high-stress and, at times, feel more negative than typical for the industry. -Expectations for performance were high, with limited additional incentives or support provided. -Workplace culture could occasionally involve interpersonal conflicts or drama. -Sales practices sometimes placed pressure on employees to prioritize closing transactions over full transparency with customers. -Pricing on some services appeared higher compared to competitors in the area. -Employees were often expected to use personal vehicles for work-related tasks (e.g., picking up tires) without reimbursement, sometimes requiring extended travel times.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re glad you highlighted some positives like holiday pay, discounts, and the fast-paced environment. We are disappointed that you felt unsupported during your time with us. We understand that working in this industry means working long hours, and our sales roles are structured so that additional effort can translate into higher earnings through overtime and commission opportunities.
