Pros
Hyper growth company. Sense of community is very strong. Each Account Manager essentially runs their own business. There is a lot of freedom to implement your own ideas and lead a team the way you see fit.
Cons
Work hours are determined by operational business. This means long days and nights during busy seasons. Undetermined factors such as call offs, claims, and other operational challenges can change the quality of life dramatically with little or no warning.
