Pros

A strong company with many, many talented people. Associates are diverse in ethnicity, education, goals, expectations, etc. Bonuses, 9/80 work time, lease car(s), health benefits, free fitness center at HQ, raises.

Cons

The "Peter Principle" - many associates have been promoted to management positions which are beyond their ability to manage people and/or projects. This causes a huge black hole in project approvals, direction, budget, etc. Lack of people skills causes undue and unnecessary slowdowns in productivity.

Pros

Can feel productive at times. Able to help in multiple areas if desired. Good benefits. Nice campus with multiple eating options.

Cons

They have a lot of roles filled with consultants that don’t know the ecosystem and are spending most of their time trying to understand it. Most people don’t know what they’re working on because they have had multiple rounds of down sizing and way too many re orgs. Nobody wants to take responsibility for anything. A lot of arguments about who had to do what. Constant direction change before there even a completed deliverable. Sr. management can be high ego. Most of the time is spend turning off fires. High bureaucracy. General onboarding is good but org onboarding is non existent in some cases. Hybrid environment 4 days in office. Hard to get anything done with way too many meetings. Quite a few loud people do nothing but take credit for the work they did not do. Usually the quiet people are the ones completing tasks.
